Collaboration has always been one of my favorite things about working with people. Getting to observe how an individual thinks and how they view the world is key to understanding how to work with them comfortably and efficiently. I love being able to support someone’s vision from start to finish and watch them get excited about their story coming to life. It’s my favorite thing about being a 1st AD.
